What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is from 14:00 until 22:00 and check-out is until 12:00. The front desk operates 24 hours a day and reception is open until midnight. Later arrivals can be arranged in advance by email.
How far is the hotel from the metro and the airport?+
BurJuman Metro Station is 210 m away, about an 8 minute walk. Dubai International Airport (DXB) is 6.2 km away, roughly 15 minutes by car, and an airport transfer can be arranged for 150 AED.
Is breakfast included?+
Breakfast is charged at 25 AED per person unless it is already included in your room rate. The buffet offers continental and Asian options, and à la carte and in-room breakfast are available.
Is Wi-Fi and parking free?+
Yes. Wi-Fi is free in all rooms and public areas, with no daily internet charge, and on-site parking is free of charge for guests.
Can I stay with children?+
Yes. Family rooms are available, children aged 4 to 7 stay free of charge, and there is a dedicated kids' pool alongside the indoor and outdoor pools.
Do the apartments have a kitchen?+
Every apartment has a kitchenette with kitchenware, a microwave and a refrigerator, plus a washing machine, which makes longer stays straightforward. Grocery delivery can be arranged through reception.
Are there facilities for guests with reduced mobility?+
Yes. The property is wheelchair accessible, has an elevator and offers rooms with mobility accessibility on request.
